The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey owns, operates, and manages permitting for the Oculus, North and South Oculus Plazas, Liberty Park, and other public spaces around the 16-acre campus. The Oculus is a 24/7 facility. We recommend scheduling film and photo shoots during non-peak hours, from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. There are also restricted areas within the space where filming is not permitted. Please reach out for more details.
